Topic: THE STRANGE BATTLES
Text: Genesis 41:17–21

Genesis 41:17–21 (KJV) says this: “And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river: And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow: And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness: And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine: And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke.”

Beloveth, there is a mysterious battle going on. Those without glory are fighting to destroy those with glory. The empty want to empty the full. The unlucky are fighting hard to terminate the lucky ones. The dull star wants to eliminate the shining star. The polluted are fighting to stop the ones that are not polluted and pollute them.

Men without a covenant with God are trying to eliminate and terminate men who have a covenant with God. The uncircumcised want to kill the circumcised. The ill-favoured want to fight the favoured. The oppressed are fighting the unopressed and are trying to cage them. The tail is trying to fight the head to bring him down. The cursed are fighting the blessed. The wicked want to terminate the righteous. The visionless want to kill the ones with vision. The crooked wants to eliminate the straight. The dirty wants to get rid of the clean, and the thief wants to kill the owner.

A strange battle; this is the kind of thing we just read. Those without dreams want to kill those with dreams. Seven fat-favoured cows were devoured by the thin ones. What kind of thing is this?

How can the ill-favoured devour the favoured? How can the kwashiorkor cows eat up the well-favoured cows? This is very strange. The Bible says, “The cows came out of River Nile”.

Do cows come out of rivers? What kind of strange demons are these? Why should the cursed ones be disturbing the blessed ones? This is a very serious matter, and this is where we need serious prayers tonight.

There is a mysterious battle going on: the uncircumcised are trying to mess up the circumcised. Herod was a fornicator, but he was the one who cut off the head of John the Baptist.

Unfortunately, John the Baptist was not like Elijah; he did not talk. Those who came to see Elijah said, “Man of God, come down”. He replied, “I see. You call me ‘Man of God’. I will test run what you have said on your body,” and fire fell and destroyed them.

John the Baptist, on the other hand, did not say, “Sorry, o, Herod, you cannot cut off my head. It is your own head that shall be cut off”.

Abel was the blessed child, but eventually, his destiny was terminated by Cain, the evil and rejected one. It was Cain that killed Abel—the ill-favoured devouring the favoured.

The one who has never started to run even an ordinary small shop is now positioned to destroy and spoil someone who runs a supermarket. This is why I want you to roar in desperate prayers. Do not deceive yourself. Everybody has enemies. God Himself has enemies. That is why the Bible says, “Let God arise and let His enemies be scattered”.

And do not for once think that because you are so nice, you do not offend anybody; you just go your own quiet way; they will just leave you alone; they will not trouble your life, No!

Your being alive is a threat to some powers. Your joy is a problem for some powers. There are some who are not near you in terms of goodness and blessings, but the witchcraft envy in their hearts is so great that they do not mind you falling down on the spot. Can you raise up your right hand and roar like thunder?

● Woe unto envious witchcraft, assigned against my life, in the name of Jesus.

This sister came from a polygamous home with three wives. Her mother was the last wife. One day, their husband brought a native doctor home to offer sacrifices on behalf of the family. Instead of the native doctor to just concentrate on the sacrifice he was asked to come and do, he faced the only daughter of the last wife and said, “What? From where did you get this kind of star? I have never seen this before. This girl is the greatest in the family”.

And that was where her problem started. In the night, after the native doctor left, this lady had a dream that a black goat was passing in front of her. The black goat used one of the legs to scatter dust into her face. Right from the next day on, this girl, who was already in the school of medicine, could not even write her name. She could not read the letters of the alphabet. Of course, the university asked her to go back home. They took her all over the place, but nothing was working.

Eventually, they took her somewhere to learn sewing. Why? The ill-favoured wants to destroy the favoured for no reason at all. It is what the Bible calls “the wickedness of the wicked”.

It was at that level that she came to MFM. She ran through some deliverances, and slowly, her brain started recovering. It was when her brain recovered that she remembered the dream of the goats.

● I am praying for somebody here today: every agenda of witchcraft for you in your dream, I bury them today, in the name of Jesus.

The beautiful thing is this: eventually, she was admitted to a school in America, and today, she is now a doctor. But meanwhile, if not for that divine intervention, she would have died like that.

● That is why I am prophesying upon somebody’s life today: divine intervention is coming your way. The Lord will address every source of your tears. The Lord will put your stubborn enemies to shame, in the name of Jesus.

So this mysterious battle is on, and sometimes when you ask, “What are you fighting this person for?” they just say, “We just do not want to see her rejoice” or “We do not want to see the glory of this person”. You ask again, “What has this person done to you?” They reply, “What do you mean by that? It is what we do”.

I prayed for somebody recently. She had been seeking the fruit of the womb for some time. Eventually, she took in. But at the hospital, they messed up the delivery, and the baby died there. She was brought for prayers, and we started praying. The voice of the grandmother began to address me. She said, “I did it”. I asked, “But why?” She replied, “I did not want to see her happy”.

● I am praying for somebody here: any power that hates your happiness, that hates your joy, with a twenty-one-fold amen, shall die now, in the name of Jesus.

So if you are listening to me here tonight, I have an information for you. The way you are now is not your best. As a matter of fact, for many people, this is not you. There is a battle that does not want your real self to manifest. What a tragedy to come to this world and not show up! What a tragedy not to know that some powers can enter into a man and subject the real man in him and now take over. So this person moving about is a photocopy. The original is still there, but has been suppressed.

We have had cases like that. We were praying for somebody, and he was manifesting insanity. So anytime we prayed, this insanity spirit was always shouting, “Get out of here! I am not leaving!” Then I said, “You that spirit talking, I am not talking to you. I do not want to talk to you. I want to talk to Shola, that one you have suppressed. Shola, come up in the name of Jesus”. It was then that the spirit screamed and ran out of the person. The correct Shola had been there all along, suppressed Why? The ill-favoured somewhere does not want that favoured person to enjoy.

This thing I am discussing is the major reason the “YOU” of God in you has not manifested. You need to cry to the heavenlies and say, “My real me, hear the cry from heaven: manifest”. This is where the deep mystery lies.

We need to cry out that “powers of the ill-favoured that are against my life should die totally”.

These powers in charge of these strange battles have some departments:

1. The first department is the department of investigation, spying, and monitoring. They seek to know the secrets of their prey. And that is why there is something called “the need to know”. It is not every information about your life that you broadcast to the whole world.
2. They have the next department called “satanic deliberation”, a coven meeting to plan against the person. The meeting they have gathered is passed to their coven where it is thoroughly analysed. They will hold a meeting and deliberate upon it, then they will strike the person.

● I am praying for somebody here today; every uncircumcised philistine, every ill-favoured power fighting you, shall be disgraced today, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS.

1. Powers that have decided that I will not rise, die in the name of Jesus.
2. Strange mountains before me, go down, in the name of Jesus.
   (Pray these prayers on your Manna Water).
3. Powers attacking me because of my star, before I leave this place: die, in the name of Jesus.
4. Powers assigned to rubbish my destiny; you are liars; die in the name of Jesus.
5. In my dreams tonight, O Lord, appear in the name of Jesus.
