Topic: THE MINISTRY OF BLOOD DELIVERANCE (4)

This series has recorded awesome testimonies because it has serious implications for total deliverance.
Leviticus 17:11-12 (KJV) says: “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.”
We have been talking about the centrality and power of the blood. The blood is an incredible material, responsible for so many processes in our body. The body is very complex and very important to our body. We cannot live without it. The average human has about five litres of blood in their body, and the blood accounts for about 70% of our total body weight, and science tells us that there are about 100,000 miles of blood vessels in the human body, so in 24 hours, while the blood is circulating round the body, the blood travels almost 12,000 miles round the body.
And there is no replacement or substitute for blood. Blood cannot be manufactured; it can only come from donors. Now, a man is a spirit living in a body and having a soul. So a man is three in one. Body + soul + soul = man.
Now, the body is now divided into three departments again:
- The flesh,
- The bones,
- The blood.
The connection between all three, connecting everything together with soul and spirit, is that blood. If a person wants to poison a community, if he poisons the water they all drink, everyone is in trouble.
Hebrews 12:4 tells us, “Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.”
This is very deep. It means that the ultimate resistance against sin, the warfare against anything, is battling it to the blood level. So the kinds of prayer that address blood deliverance, immediately those prayers start, your body, your soul, and your spirit must know that something is going on. All those sweatless prayers do not get to the blood level. All that shaking the head and saying very little does not go to where the blood level is. All those standing as wood when prayer is going on do not get to any blood level.
Remember the story of Gethsemane. The Bible said that the sweat that was dropping from Jesus’ body was like drops of blood. The blood is mysterious and deep. By the time the battle against Pharaoh got to the blood level, Pharaoh caved in. When the plagues of frogs, turning water to blood, locusts, gnats, and throwing of serpents down were still going on, the man was still saying, “No, I will not let them go.”
But when it got to the level where God said, “sacrifice an animal. Apply the blood on your lintel. That blood shall be a token unto you upon the houses where you are. When I see that blood, I will pass over you. The devouring angel will not pass under that blood.” By the time that battle got to the blood level, Pharaoh was defeated. So whatsoever is affecting your blood is affecting the totality of your being. This is a serious matter.
According to 1 John 5:7-8, we see the Bible is telling us that blood is a mysterious thing. Really, really deep.
1 John 5:7-8 (KJV) says: “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”
Do you understand this scripture? Three mysterious things. The spirit is a mysterious thing. The water too is a mysterious thing. Blood too is a mysterious thing. God spoke other things into being, but when He got to man, He created man with His own hands and breathed into his nostrils, and that breath is held inside the blood. So the life in the blood was imparted when God breathed into man’s nostrils.
Blood is very powerful. The nine plagues of Egypt did not make Pharaoh bow until blood was shed. Blood brought great deliverance. That is why it is a great prayer when somebody says, “You Pharaoh in my life, I call your attention to Calvary: let me go, in the name of Jesus.” Because it was at that Calvary the blood of Jesus was shed.
Can you raise up your voice, and with a voice louder than anyone around you, shout this loud and clear:
● Pharaoh in my life, I call your attention to Calvary: let me go, in the name of Jesus.
● Pharaoh in my life, hear the Word of the Lord: behold the blood of Jesus; let me go, in the name of Jesus.
Blood is powerful. There is the measure of power in the blood that flows inside that blood, whether it is human blood or animal blood. This is why people use the blood of animals in sacrifices and rituals. The blood of animals and human beings can produce power and cause problems. Anytime God sees the blood, He reacts. Also, anytime demons, evil spirits or Lucifer himself see blood, there is always a reaction.
Blood has power, has a magnetic pole, and this is a serious matter. And like I have been telling you for the past few weeks, the deepest deliverance every Christian must do to enable them live a meaningful life is deliverance of the blood. Why is humanity suffering now? As humanity, we inherited sin through Adam. So troubles and afflictions in life are also inherited through blood.
The Bible says, “As in Adam, all died.” No exception. It also says, “Even so in Christ shall all be made alive.” Those things that Adam did, humans inherited. So most sicknesses that occur in the human body can always be detected inside the blood. This is why hospitals are always taking people’s blood to check, and because the sickness goes through blood, it will circulate to all the parts of the body. Through the blood of your biological parents, you are the product and extension of your parents.
Therefore, the image and character of your parents flow through your blood. As a result, there is a possibility for you to behave, act, and make decisions like one of your parents, past or present. Consequently, because of that blood, you make the mistakes they make, fall into the problems they fell into, have their sicknesses, feel their pains, live the kind of lives they lived, and see their patterns in your life, including your siblings.
There is a prayer I want you to pray seven times. The louder your voice, the quicker the solution. Can you shout this louder than anyone around you:
● Patterns of darkness in my family line, I am not your candidate: die, in the name of Jesus.
This is now the serious situation. Born-again children of God and ministers of the gospel that are still under the manipulation of family bloodline can never be inside the full purpose and plans of God for their lives. Because of this spiritual burden, they may not make heaven. You must know that blood speaks. We will get to that later, and we hear the voice of the blood through your habits, character and behaviour. It is a very serious matter indeed.
In 1994, we just moved here. After a Wednesday service, which is usually an interdenominational service which even non-members attend, a pastor from another church came for the service. When we closed the service, he came back, stayed by my door, and wept bitterly and was begging my staff, “Let me see the GO.” When my staff saw the bitter way this man was crying, they brought him in. He still kept crying. So I asked, “Pastor, why are you crying?”
He replied, “Sir, do you know that with the powerful prayer we prayed here today, and although I am a pastor, immediately we closed this service, I still went out and bought cigarettes and smoked? I am tired. How do I get out of this bondage?” Then I began to ask questions. He said that his father was a pastor too, but raped a woman, and he was sacked. It had got to him now. He was not raping anybody; that bloodline wanted to remove him from ministering on the altar of God.
● Anything in anybody’s blood that is crying against your moving forward, crying against your next level, telling you “This is how far you can go; you cannot go further”, receive your deliverance, in the name of Jesus.
There is one dangerous thing called ‘blood covenants’. They are terrible things. When somebody enters into a covenant and there is no blood involved, it is easier to break. But once it is blood, you have work to do. Even the deliverance ministers who are praying for you have work to do. We prayed for a beautiful lady many years back. She went to the University of Lagos. She got a master’s degree. But men never just looked at her or even talked to her, as beautiful as she was.
Then prayer started. Then she confessed something which was the key. She found one boyfriend at the University of Lagos, a useless boyfriend and girlfriend affair. One day, they decided to make a covenant that they would not leave each other. I do not know where they learnt it from. They took a cup, cut each of their fingers with a blade and put their blood in the cup, mixed it together with alcohol (Schnapps) and drank half a cup each. This was to solidify that they would not marry anyone else apart from each other.
But unfortunately, when the boy went for youth service, he had an accident and died. So now the lady was stuck. The person she made a blood covenant with, to marry and not leave forever, was dead. This was why she could not marry anyone else. I do not know for how many weeks she did deliverance. Why was it that difficult? Because it had to do with blood. Lady, who disvirgined you? Man, have you disvirgined any lady before?
If you are a man and you have disvirgined a lady or more than one lady, do not be surprised if your life is upside down. This is because when you disvirgin a woman, you wet your male organ with the blood from that woman, and you have formed a covenant with her. To now say you did not marry her is a serious problem you have caused for yourself. It will go from generation to generation because of blood. If the girl you disvirgined is now demonic, you have made a covenant with the girl and with her demons.
Then when you move to another woman now, the extra luggage you collected from that demonic girl follows you, and that new woman will collect it as well. That is why this world is in such a mess now. All those incisions on your body are to get access to your body; the mystery of it is not the cuts; it is to get access to your blood. It is a strategy to form a blood covenant with you.
So that herbalist cutting your skin and applying some materials on your body, you enter into a covenant:
- with the native doctor,
- with the spirits working with him, just like angels work with servants of God; they have their own demons working with them.
- with the god of iron or whatever was used to cut you and whatever demons are around you. You have now created a hole through which the enemy will be drinking your blood because you are the one that allowed them to cut it open. We are going to stop here. We will continue next time.

- Strangers in my blood, get out, in the name of Jesus.
- Sword of deliverance from heaven, touch my blood now, in the name of Jesus.
- Evil voices summoning my blood, shut up and die, in the name of Jesus.
- My blood, hear the Word of the Lord; reject witchcraft poison, in the name of Jesus.
- Serpents and scorpions in my blood, die, in the name of Jesus.
