Topic: PROPHETIC CURSES AGAINST PROBLEM MOUNTAINS AND INFIRMITIES (2)

We started this teaching a while ago, and that day, we read from Mark 11, where Jesus cursed the fig tree.
Mark 11:12-14 (KJV) says: “And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find anything thereon; and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for the time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, ‘No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever.’ And his disciples heard it.”
Mark 11:20 (KJV) says: “And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.”
I began to discuss with you that God moves with curses and blessings. The prophets of old moved with curses and blessings.
God curses people to a devastating effect, and He blesses people with a dumbfounding effect.
In fact, God told Abraham, “Those who curse you are cursed; those who bless you are blessed.”
I began to explain to you that you need to understand how to issue curses against your problem mountains and infirmities. We went into examples like Moses, Elijah, Elisha, the Lord Jesus Christ (who was calling ‘woe!’ on so many entities), and David the psalmist, who prayed prophetic curses upon the enemies like ‘Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul; let the angel of God pursue them,’ and so on.
We discussed what infirmities are and how they are disorders of the body. We also discussed what problem mountains are and how they are natural or spiritual blockages preventing people’s blessings and breakthroughs.
God took a very interesting decision in the book of Deuteronomy. He created two spots, two mountains.
Deuteronomy 27:12-13 (KJV) says: “These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin: And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.”
Mount Gerizim and Mount Ebal are two different mountains facing each other. The Lord said, ‘Stand on Gerizim and issue blessings, fruitfulness, power, and glory.’ When you stand on Ebal, there you issue curses against stubborn enemies, the wicked, on problem mountains.
So the prophets of old worked with two legs: the legs of blessings and curses. The passage we read during Bible reading today told us that Elisha issued curses on the boys mocking him, and two bears ate them up. The same Elisha prayed on the water that was not good, which became good. He operated by blessing and curses. So there is nothing wrong if a believer issues curses against problem mountains. You can issue the curse of God upon a situation, and it will dissolve.
WHY DOES GOD USE CURSES? WHY DOES HE CURSE?
God curses in order to:
- Correct disobedience.
- Show the seriousness of sin.
- Protect holiness.
- Warn others.
- Defend the innocent.
- Uphold justice.
- Discipline His people. In fact, God was the first curser in the Bible.
- Destroy wicked systems.
- Prove that obedience brings blessings, and disobedience brings terrible consequences.
- Separate the good from evil.
I am praying for somebody here today:
- Any power that wants to rubbish your destiny, let the curse of destruction fall upon those powers in the name of Jesus.
God curses the wicked. If God curses the wicked, then you and I have no business blessing them. The Lord is a Man of war; the Lord is His name. Meaning that you and I cannot be spiritual civilians. I did not write these words we are going to read; they are in the Bible.
Job 8:22 (KJV) says, “They that hate thee shall be clothed with shame; and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought.”
Job 18:5 (KJV) says: “Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out, and the spark of his fire shall not shine.”
I am showing you all these for the benefit of those saying, “Why are you so aggressive? Why are you praying these types of prayers?”
The principle we teach in MFM is very clear: stop them before they stop you. If you do not stop them and they stop you, those who stopped you may later become born again, and meanwhile, you have died untimely.
Beloveth, the mystery of our faith is that God will accept them. But meanwhile, somebody has been wasted.
Psalms 7:11 (KJV) says: “God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.”
So somebody that God is angry with every day, you cannot be blessing that kind of person.
Psalms 11:6 (KJV) says: “Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.”
If you do not know how to get angry in the spirit, better learn it this morning, because the prayers of this morning are to be prayed in boiling anger.
Psalms 37:20 (KJV) says: “But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.”
Psalms 37:28 (KJV) says: “For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.”
Psalms 146:9 (KJV) says: “The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.”
So it is not a sin when you declare with anger, “Any power that wants to rubbish my destiny, I turn you upside down.” There is no way somebody walking upside down can come and fight you.
Proverbs 2:22 (KJV) says, “But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.
The Bible says, “Out of the mouth of two or three witnesses, a word shall be established.”
Proverbs 10:27 (KJV) says, “The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.”
Isaiah 57:20-21 (KJV) says, “But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.”
So it is not out of pattern when somebody says, “Any power troubling my destiny, I withdraw your peace.” ” You are just climbing on the Word of God, which says, “There is no peace to the wicked.”
Isaiah 3:11 (KJV) says, “Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.”
In the pidgin Bible it is written as “E no go better for them“
Therefore, the scripture calls the wicked terrible names. It calls them:
- Deaf serpents (Zechariah 3:2).
- Abominable branches (Jeremiah 17)
- Scorners and mockers (Proverbs 3:34)
- Enemies of God (Psalms 37:20)
- Children of Belial (worthless, corrupt people) (Deuteronomy 13:13)
- Workers of iniquity (Psalms 92:7)
- Evil workers.
- Serpents.
- Thieves and robbers.
- Creeping things.
- Liars.
- Violent oppressors.
- Enemies who devise evil.
- False prophets.
- Reprobates.
Let me tell you that wickedness varies in levels.
- I pray that any wickedness targeted against you, with a sevenfold amen: they must die violently, in the name of Jesus.
Now, say:
- Wickedness of the wicked, assigned against my life, expire in the name of Jesus.
There is so much wickedness going on in our world. In fact, the Bible says, “The whole world lies in wickedness.”
Recently, a mother brought her daughter for prayers. This lady used to have a spirit husband visit every night. Something would come to sleep with her every night. She was a virgin.
Suddenly, the mother noticed that her body was changing. She was getting fuller, and the mother asked, “Are you pregnant?” She replied, “Mummy, can I be pregnant without sleeping with anyone?” They went to the hospital; it confirmed a pregnancy.
So she and her mother took a quick, panicked decision and told the doctor to abort it, and he agreed. When the doctor found out that she was a virgin in the operating theatre, he threw away his equipment and ran away. He asked her, “How can you be pregnant without sleeping with anyone?!” What kind of wickedness is this just to damage her life?
I am praying for somebody here today:
- Any wickedness assigned against your life, with a sevenfold amen: bury them now, in the name of Jesus.
This is why a lot of people do not understand MFM. When we say “fall down and die”, they say we are killing people. Death has several meanings. Death means:
- To stop living.
- To lose force.
- To stop working.
- To expire.
- To pass away.
- To collapse. If you say the car engine is dead, it means it has stopped working.
- To fade away.
- To disappear.
- To finish.
- To eradicate. If they say “cultism in this university has been eradicated”, it means that it no longer exists.
- Termination of function.
- To come to an end.
When you say “fall down and die”, we know spirits do not die, but we know spirits can be locked up forever. Once that spirit is locked up forever, that is death to us. What you mean is “As far as I am concerned, you cannot trouble my life anymore. You may be troubling others, but that does not concern me.”
God pronounced Adam dead the day he ate the fruit. Adam ate the fruit but lived for 930 years. This shows that the death God was talking about was not physical. The Bible says, “She that giveth herself to pleasure is dead while she liveth. ” That death is spiritual.
Death does not mean life has passed away; it is the inability to perform functions. Once you stop a spirit from troubling your life and carrying out evil functions against you, to you, that spirit is dead. It may trouble others. We do not pray against human beings. We pray against:
- Strongholds.
- Evil powers.
- Altars.
- Gates.
- Spirits of wickedness.
- Bad powers.
- Terminating powers.
- I am praying one more time: Any power that hates your existence shall fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
How do you use prophetic curses against problem mountains?
- Identify what your mountain problem is before you pray. Know for sure that what you are seeing is not sometimes what you are fighting. A lot of people waste a lot of time fighting leaves, branches, and stems but not going to the root. So when you do not go to the root of a situation, you may have temporary relief, but the root is still there. It will grow back.
I am praying once again:
- Any long-term situation that wants to turn you into a slave, we bury them now, in the name of Jesus.
You must identify the problem. If you do not identify the problem, you may be praying the wrong prayers. This is a serious situation that many people fail to understand. Close your eyes where you are, and say this loud:
- I fire back every arrow of witchcraft in the name of Jesus.
It was when MFM was still in Old Yaba Road in the early 90s that this woman came for prayers. This woman called Sister Divine came for prayers. This woman got married and had three children, but every time the husband was always beating her and fighting her. After some time, her children joined her husband, so four people were beating her.
After some time the children encouraged her father to marry another wife. The man went and married another wife. Now when there was a fight, all five people would join and beat her up. She went to all kinds of places for help until somebody recommended MFM. She happened to join when I was teaching on the topic “Lord, show me the secret of my life.”
She went into a dry fast while praying that prayer. As she prayed in the night, all of a sudden, she did not see her room again. She saw a big iroko tree, then she saw a man carrying a baby. The man threw the baby at the iroko tree. Before the baby hit the tree, he caught the baby. He did that two more times.
Then the person carrying the baby told her, “Your problem is twofold: you have been dedicated to that tree, and your parents are not supposed to marry; they are siblings.” At dawn, she ran to her parents in Obalende and asked them to come out. She began her interrogation with them. “Are you siblings?” Very shocked, they retorted with, “Who told you?” She told them, “Do not ask me questions; answer the question.”
They then replied, “Well, yes… We met in England; we did not know we came from the same family. We got married, and since then, we have been banished from our village. We just live as siblings since we came back to Nigeria.” She said, “Okay, I get that part. But what about iroko?” They exclaimed, “Ah, every child born in our family is dedicated to the iroko tree.
Once we scrape their first hair, we drop it at the iroko tree. ” she exclaimed. “But I was born in London! “They replied, “Yes, we transported it to them. “We know that this thing will bring problems to you. May God help you solve them.” She ran to tell me. Now we knew the root and identified the mountains, so it was easier to pray. It is good to pray enquiry prayers to find out the root of a problem so you do not pray useless, ineffective prayers.
So identify your problem before you start praying so you do not issue curses on the wrong thing and fight like one beating the air.
- Make sure your life is clean before God through repentance and forgiveness.
- Ask God for wisdom and direction before preaching or using a prophetic curse.
- Stand on God’s word as the foundation of every declaration.
- Speak those prophetic curses in the name of Jesus.
You can speak woe to the mountains, destruction unto the mountains, and drying to the root of infirmities; you can issue curses on any coven working against your life. We will stop here today.
PRAYER POINTS
[Before Message]
(Lift up your two hands to the heavens and make these pronouncements.)
- My leaves of destiny shall not wither, in the name of Jesus.
- No power shall hurry me out of the earth before my time in the name of Jesus.
- Evil strangers assigned to trouble my life, flee away, and never appear again, in the name of Jesus.
- My years shall not be wasted, in the name of Jesus.
- Every wicked device against my life shall be frustrated in the name of Jesus.
- O God of performance, perform wonders in my life, in the name of Jesus.
- By the power of God, dark places shall not oppress me, in the name of Jesus.
- Undeserved miracles, locate me now, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, arise; give me a mega miracle in the name of Jesus.
[After Message]
- O God arise, kill whatsoever that wants to kill my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
- Any problem mountain troubling my life, I curse you to die in the name of Jesus.
- Habitation of cruelty, in my life, catch fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Powers that want to bury my destiny in shame, I curse you to die, in the name of Jesus.
- Power of repeated problems: you are a liar; die in the name of Jesus.
- Powers assigned to disgrace my destiny, wherever you are, your time is up; die in the name of Jesus.
