Topic: THE PROBLEM OF EVIL GUARDIAN SPIRITS
Text: Matthew 18:10, Daniel 10:13-14, Matthew 12:43-44

Listen very carefully. This may explain plenty of things to plenty of people. In Matthew 18, we read one curious thing Jesus said in passing, which is really loaded.

Matthew 18:10 (KJV) says, “Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.”

He was talking about children that they have angels beholding the face of His Father in heaven. If your parents are born-again Christians, you must really thank God. If not, the angel assigned to you as a baby will be chased off and replaced by the entity we are talking about here.

The principle of guardian spirits is well established in scriptures. Some call it follow-follow power. You can lose your guardian angels.

The deep tragedy is that Black Africans and places in the world where God is not referenced, the children lose their guardian angels on the naming ceremony day due to rituals, evil dedications, the presence of satanic agents, the presence of wicked elders, the foundation of idolatry, and evil names given to the children.

Once on that day, they give you names that do not glorify God or names of an evil oracle; the angels depart, for God hates idolatry with perfect hatred. “Thou shalt have no other god beside me…” You can sing all kinds of protection songs, but those angels might have left a long time ago. Many naming ceremony rituals are demonic. Due to the sinful life, the angels will go.

Due to cursed places where the angels will not go, they leave. Due to curses and covenants, they leave. Due to occultic churches, they leave. Due to polygamous witchcraft and rivalry, they leave.

The possibility of angels guarding a person or place being chased away is shown in scriptures, and once these guardian angels are chased away, the demonic angels take over, and I want you to understand this very well.

That is why God in His infinite mercy does not open the eyes of too many people, because if you see what is following some people, you will run. The person will want to shake you, but you will say no. But these are invisible agents.

The spiritual world is a real world. Just as you cannot see the angels that have joined us in this service, in the same way you cannot see the demonic spirits following people around. They are spiritual beings. Daniel 10 is very revealing. Daniel had been fasting and praying for 21 days. His prayers had been answered. An angel was asked to bring the answers.

Daniel 10:13 (KJV) says: “But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.”

The angel bringing the answer to the prayer of Daniel was detained for 21 days. He said that he needed help to get across to Daniel. So Michael the warrior angel had to come and help him fight through.

Daniel 10:14 (KJV) says: “Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.”

This was the message the angel brought, and the angel of darkness refused to allow him through. So that Prince of Persia was the territorial power in charge of that area. He could see that Daniel would be blessed; he could see that the angel was carrying a message, so he successfully detained the angel.

God did not chase the angel back to heaven, but Daniel did not stop the prayers. So heaven said, “Why is this man still crying to us? We have sent his parcel”. Then they found he had been calling for help. His angel of blessing was hindered from reaching him by the territorial powers and would have gone back to heaven if not for the powerful angel Michael that helped him go through. This is a very serious matter.

What I am trying to explain to you is this: In some families, they have that kind of guardian demon. In some territories, they have that kind of guardian demon. In some areas, they have that kind of principality. To get breakthroughs to people, you need to fight. You need to call on the God of Elijah that answers by fire before certain areas are penetrated.

This is why a man who proposes marriage to a lady gets visited by some demonic agents who tell him, “You cannot marry her. In their family, they do not marry good husbands. If you go there, we will deal with you” and the man runs away; chased away by family guardian demons. I do not know if you understand. That is why I said you should listen very carefully.

The same thing you find in the book of Mark 5, where those demons said, “Do not chase us away; this is our territory,” and Jesus agreed.

Matthew 12:43-44 (KJV) says, “When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; (he is calling the life of man his house).”

So, this demon is attached to that person. Now, the life of man is like a big house with a sitting room, bedroom, toilet, and kitchen. If the demon is in the sitting room, everyone will know there is a problem. If it is in the kitchen, you may not easily know. If it is in the bathroom or toilet, you may not easily know, but it is there, attached to that life.

With your right hand raised up with a shout. Shout this prayer two hot times:

• Evil follow-follow power, I am not your candidate, die in the name of Jesus.

What are guardian demons? They are powerful evil spirits assigned to protect and safeguard satanic interests in a person’s life. They are evil spirits assigned to protect satanic interests in a territory, family, or area.

They protect satanic interests like evil covenants, guarding covenants, curses, afflictions, and evil altars. There are altars in your family that, even if they are no longer physical but were once worshipped, protect those altars.

They monitor people’s destinies and enforce generational curses. Like this family is under this curse, everybody must die before 40 years of age. It is they who will enforce it and protect it.

On deliverance grounds, these are the terrible spirits that resist deliverance. Most times on deliverance grounds, once you hear “Come out in the name of Jesus,” and they reply, “No! I am not coming out! Were you there when they handed her over? Were you there when the mother came to us? Were you there when her mother put incisions on her head? ” Those are the spirits. Those are the things we are dealing with.

And most people from whose mouths these things come out are totally unaware. Some hear it, and some do not hear. When you ask them, “Did you hear what you were saying?” they reply with, “Sir, it was just coming out; I do not know why I cannot stop saying it.” It is the voice of the guardian demons.

Raise up your right hand again. Tonight, do not negotiate, do not joke at all:

• Voices from my foundation attacking my destiny, you are liars; die, in the name of Jesus.

These guardian demons are spiritual security agents of darkness. They behave the way physical security agents behave when they are asked to guard a territory. They are like this, only spiritual. The Bible says, ‘When the strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace.’ But when a stronger man comes against him, then he shall plunder him.”

They are armed; they are not civilians. They are spiritual soldiers, guarding satanic deposits that the enemy plants in a person’s life. They are like spiritual gatekeepers of darkness. They are highly territorial in nature. They fight. They are not random; they are assigned. They have a specific interest in a person.

One day, they rushed a girl from the University of Lagos to my counselling room, where she was talking out of sense.

Fortunately, someone close to her room was a Christian, and we prayed till she was okay. I asked her, “What happened to you? Is there anyone with insanity in your family?” She replied, ‘No.’ I asked her again, ‘Do you use drugs?’ to which she replied in the negative. Then I asked her, “What happened?” She narrated this to me: “In the night, as I was sleeping on my bunk bed, I was sleeping below, and my bunkmate was sleeping above.

All of a sudden, this giant, dark, naked creature entered my room. I had not fallen asleep. I was scared but I could not talk.” She said that the giant thing went to the bed above her where her colleague was sleeping, carried the lady from that bed and was kissing her caressing her.

Out of shock, she shouted, “Desola, wake up!” but Desola did not wake up. The evil creature dropped Desola on the bed and then faced her, telling her, “I am going to torment you.” That was the last thing she remembered before she started talking out of sense.

You see, that demon guardian has doubled as a spirit husband and is guarding her jealously. If a man wants to marry this kind of lady, this demon will give the man a hard fight. They are specific; they know what they are doing. They operate with a clear demonic mandate. In fact, they are bodyguards of darkness. They remain attached to a person unless you disconnect them.

These prayers will do a lot of damage to these guardian demons. Many are already protesting, regretting following you here tonight. They operate secretly. They are very stubborn. They wait and watch for breakthrough moments and then strike. They attack when success is near. They push people away from the right churches to churches where they are comfortable and where no one is attacking them. They will tell the person, “Do not go to that place again; it is prayer all the time! “Go to the place where you can get the Word; go to a place where you can do the worship.” Thus, they push the person away from fire to smoke. This is why some people do not find praying churches comfortable. They run away; they are not able to stay.

The thing forces them away, because they know that anytime they follow people to a church like this, they get terribly wounded by prayers. They are the ones responsible. Many parents come to MFM. The guardian demons of their children will not want to follow them to the place of prayer but will want to go to a place of dancing where nothing is wrong with anything. They go to a place where they can go to church in their underwear and dress like Jezebel.

In that place, the guardian demon is super comfortable. These spirits enforce curses and evil covenants to ensure they keep happening. I was sharing something in Abuja on Sunday.

This family was carrying engagement items like palm wine, yam and so on from one village to another. Then this man, an armed robber, stopped them in the bush and collected all the items they were taking to the family of the wife, and so they had to go back.

The wife’s family was embarrassed because they had called everyone together in the village, and the groom’s did not show up, claiming that someone had stolen the engagement items.

They were very angry and said, “No marriage! You cannot marry our daughter! You have embarrassed us.” The father of the groom, who was carrying the things there and was robbed, issued a curse and said, “In the family of that robber who took all our engagement items, no one will ever marry in that family.”

That was the origin of the problem, because one girl from that family who was about 44 years old was not married. Men never looked at her twice. It was when she joined MFM and we started praying that the secret was revealed. The demonic angel is the one that ensures that those curses issued are followed.

That is their evil work. They guard family altars and protect witchcraft operations. They prevent deliverance from fully manifesting because once they are disconnected at the deliverance ground, they go and stage a comeback with more powerful demons.

They establish and continue evil generational patterns. The horrible thing about them is that when they see you are about to deal with them or you are moving to where you can de-mobilise them, they mobilise other demons to come and attack.

They trigger cycles of affliction; they resist aggressive prayers. They fight strongly and stubbornly during deliverance sessions and manifest violently, not wanting to go.

They:

• Block promotion.
• Delay marriage.
• Frustrate business success.
• Have turned a lot of people to a shadow of themselves.

Today is the first day of dealing with the demonic guardians.

PRAYER POINTS.

1. I challenge my challenges, by the power in the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
2. Powers pushing me into the way of grave diggers, die, in the name of Jesus.
3. Strange powers pushing away my miracles, you are liars; die in the name of Jesus.
4. Where is the altar of my problems? Catch fire in the name of Jesus.
5. Powers following me for evil, your time is up, die in the name of Jesus.
6. Powers stealing from me, you are liars; die, in the name of Jesus.
7. Evil angels in my family, go away, in the name of Jesus.
