Topic: THE MINISTRY OF BLOOD DELIVERANCE (10)

Last time, we looked at the power, strength and potency of the blood of Jesus. That is the only blood that speaks better things. Let us look at some scriptures very quickly.
Matthew 26:28 (KJV) says, “For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
There is power in the blood to address demons in the blood, to burn away demonic documents in the blood, and to counter evil blood speaking against you.
Hebrews 13:20 (KJV) says, “Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,”
Zechariah 9:11 (KJV) says, “As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.”
It is that blood of the covenant that will deliver those put in the pit without water.
Hebrews 12:22-24 (KJV) says, “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”
Beloveth, whether we like it or not, we are engaged in constant conflict with unseen forces, and people need to fight to survive. All tribes in the world engage in sacrifices of animals, and they have blood incorporated in their worship. This shows that power in the blood has been decided from the beginning but has been corrupted down the line. People shed blood in times of crises in order to gain victory. Some are so evil that they engage in human sacrifices. People do blood baths. People pour each other’s blood into containers and drink it. This is simply because they know that the issue of blood is highly recognised in the spirit realm.
The blood of Jesus is a powerful weapon in spiritual warfare. Revelation 12:11 tells us, “And they overcame Satan by the blood of the lamb….” So if Satan himself can be overcome by the blood, then who among his followers can stand and resist the blood of Jesus? Every conflict in life can be confronted with the power in the blood of Jesus. That blood is a living force that can bring God’s power into your situation. No matter how you were born or the situation of your birth, the power in the blood of Jesus is able to rewrite your story. That is why the application of the blood of Jesus is powerful if we can apply it verbally in faith, by prayer and in spiritual warfare.
The complete and spiritual power in the blood of Jesus is something many Christians do not understand. The Bible says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by him, and without Him was nothing made that was made. That Word became life and began to live amongst us.” So that blood of Jesus is actually the blood of God, and if you want to understand the power in the blood of Jesus very well, begin to look at what the blood does in the body. The blood in the body is an agent of purification. It removes waste materials from the body. Likewise, the blood of Jesus removes the filth of sin and uncleanness from our lives.
The blood also carries the oxygen you breathe all over your body. Likewise, the blood of Jesus can supply you with spiritual food. The blood conveys digested substances to all parts of the body; likewise, the life-giving blood of Jesus can constantly supply your body with strength, vigour and energy. Blood gives emergency first aid; it makes blood available to hormones and all organs of the body. It is the same thing with the blood of Jesus. So all those things that the blood is doing for the body will enable you to know the power in the blood of Jesus. The Bible says that the blood of Jesus speaks for us; it speaks better things and does great things in our lives.
HOW DO YOU ACTIVATE THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO WORK FOR YOU?
You can activate the blood of Jesus:
- By pleading the blood of Jesus, like I taught you here the last time. Can you raise up your right hand and shout this three times:
● I plead the blood of Jesus!
What you just did now is the number one way to activate the blood of Jesus.
- By quoting scriptures on the efficacy of the blood of Jesus. One is Revelation 12:11 we have referred to just now. It says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the Word of their testimony….”
So when you gather scriptures on the blood of Jesus and you begin to quote them over and over, you are activating the blood.
- By singing songs about the blood of Jesus. We sang one not too long ago which is:
There is power, power, wonder-working power.
In the blood of the Lamb,
There is power, power, wonder-working power.
In the precious blood of the Lamb.
Or our song in olden days revival:
There is power, there is power.
There is power in the blood of Jesus.
Sing:
The blood of Jesus,
The blood that conquers Satan!
Super blood of Jesus, come and deliver me.
Precious blood of Calvary,
Come and deliver me.
What we have just done now is to activate the blood of Jesus. So you activate the blood by singing songs about the blood.
- By using it in warfare prayers. When you begin to say, “Let the blood of Jesus minister defeat to every evil work in my life,” you are using it in spiritual warfare. Or you say, “Let the blood of Jesus bring down to nothing every evil work in my life”, you are using it in spiritual warfare.
When you open your mouth and begin to say pronouncements like: “I minister death and destruction to every evil progress in my life by the power in the blood of Jesus”, “I refuse to accept any curse by the blood of Jesus”, and “I hold the blood of Jesus against any evil spirit working against me”, you are using it in spiritual warfare.
There is a warfare prayer I want you to pray now. It is very, very effective. It goes straight into the camp of the enemy, but you need to raise up your voice and shout it loud and clear:
● By the power in the blood of Jesus, owners of evil loads: carry your loads in the name of Jesus.
● By the power in the blood of Jesus, my way: open by fire, in the name of Jesus.
You can activate the blood of Jesus:
- By taking the holy communion. The holy communion is not only something held inside the church; it is something you can hold with your family in the house. That wine symbolises the blood of Jesus.
- By making daily confessions with the blood of Jesus.
- By invoking it to cover your home.
- By sprinkling it in faith on your home and properties. As you have brought your Manna Water here, and we always pray that the blood of Jesus enters into it; in faith, sprinkle it as the blood of Jesus.
- By laying hands on yourself, your children, or your properties and soaking them in the blood of Jesus. Say, “I soak you in the blood of Jesus.” Nobody kidnaps anybody soaked in the blood of Jesus.
- By anointing your doorpost. Although you are using the blood to anoint your doorpost, you are also saying, “I anoint you by the blood of Jesus.”
- By invoking the divine protection around you.
- By commanding it to do instant healing in your body.
That is how to use it in spiritual warfare. Like I told you, in these last days, we need to go back to traditional praying using the blood of Jesus that our forefathers used to pray a lot, and it is very effective. The blood of Jesus will nullify any fetish power, nullify any magic power, and will confuse all the malpractices of the enemy. We must go back to that traditional “blood of Jesus” prayer so that the blood will avail for us.
The only people the blood will not avail for are those who:
- stubbornly remain in their sins,
- stubbornly disobey the Almighty,
- are in church, but church is not in them,
- claim they belong to MFM, but MFM is not in them.
So for the blood to avail for you, you must repent from all known sins. You must not be a habitual sinner. If not, the blood will not avail for you.
● I am praying for somebody here today: As you pray the “blood of Jesus” prayers tonight, breakthroughs will happen in your life that will put all your enemies to shame, in the name of Jesus.

(Lay your hand on your head.) Blood of Jesus, incubate my head, in the name of Jesus.
[After Message]
- Powers that want to use my blood to kill me, you are liars; die, in the name of Jesus.
- Invisible battles attacking my blood, die in the name of Jesus.
- Any negative material, circulating in my blood, die in the name of Jesus.
- My blood, reject every witchcraft poison, in the name of Jesus.
- Strangers in my blood, I am not your candidate; die, in the name of Jesus.
- Drinkers of blood, I am not your candidate: die, in the name of Jesus.
(Pray on your water)
- Blood of Jesus, flow into my water, in the name of Jesus.
